Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy
In case of defective merchandise, our policy is to provide a full refund including shipping fees. Warranty is as stated in our catalogue for each listed item. For non-defective merchandise returned in the original packing material in undamaged condition within 30 days of delivery, our policy is to refund the purchase price minus shipping and handling fees. We do not charge restocking fees. Please call 631-987-5131 for assignment of a refund authorization number prior to shipping any returned material.
